Is there a comprehensive set of instructions for Voice Over?

I am assisting a senior that wants to use voice over. The instruction need to be rather straightforward for him to use. Or if there is a detailed set of instruction, I could simplify it. Thank you

    Hi @Scooter555,

    I think a good starting point for VoiceOver is probably going to be Apple's reference document for all the various keyboard combinations for interacting with the system. Apple's reference.

    The interaction basically boils down to: control + option + arrow keys to move within a particular group of controls, control + option + shift + up arrow to exit a group, control + option + shift + down arrow to enter a group. lots of control + option and control + option shift, at least in my testing. I tend to keep one hand on control + option, occasionally holding down the shift key, and the other hand mans the arrow keys.
