1browser versus VPN on wifi?
I am traveling for an extended period of time and want to use my iPhone and iPad to conduct banking information. Since I'll be accessing these services over uncertain wifi connections, I've been investigating a subscription to a VPN service. I'm less concerned with privacy and regional IP screening than security. That is, I want to make sure that my banking and related data while online stays secure. Will I accomplish the same level of security using 1browser as I would by subscribing to a VPN?
[For the optional "additional information," the extension version is from my PC, not my phone. I don't see there is an extension on my phone's browser.]

Hi @JohnLM,
1Browser offers no real security advantage over Safari. A VPN will help prevent anyone on the same network you're on from sniffing your traffic. Hopefully your bank is using SSL/TLS, so traffic between you and them should be encrypted anyway, but a VPN might be a good idea anyway. :)
