Issue syncing iphone and ipad with icloud, but works with dropbox

Hello,

When I try to sync my iphone and my ipad using icloud, some items (nearly 15% of logins) are missing on my ipad ! (sync is however done and succesfull on both devices...)
I tried dropbox syncing, and miracle : everything is fine and synced.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I'm sorry that iCloud sync was giving you trouble. Now that Dropbox sync is working for you, do you want us to troubleshoot the iCloud sync issue or are you content with the set up that you currently have?

    We don't recommend switching back and forth between sync options on a regular basis (as it creates the potential for conflicts within your entries) but if you would like to give iCloud sync another try, we can certainly check it out.

    I'd prefer to have icloud syncing (which was working fine before), as dropbox is in my case only a backup

    Have you already reviewed the iCloud sync troubleshooting article that Megan posted? Did you try any of the steps suggested there? What have you tried, and how did it go?

    If you think you've got everything configured properly for iCloud sync on both devices but everything's still not syncing over, then I'd like to ask you to send us some Diagnostics Reports, one each from your iPhone and your iPad, so we can get a closer look at what's going on. Here's how:

    Please attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com, and please include a link to this thread in your email so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that you get help quickly. :)
