Can't save/export attachment because "I don't have permissions"

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to save/export an attachment from 1password, but I get a message saying that I don't have permissions to do so.
It tells me to open the file in finder, but the problem is that the file isn't saved locally . Hence, I'm not sure what I should do.
Can somebody help me?

    @henengel have you tried dragging the attachment from 1Password to the Desktop?
