What does this Pop-up mean? And what App does it want me to choose?

Every time I try to get my Mac Mini (where my complete 1PW with all its vaults resides.) hooked up to icloud I get this pop-up:

What does it mean? What App does it want me to choose?

    Hi @JoeAldrich ,

    iCloud needs to know where to send the login token to remember you've logged into iCloud. Safari typically figures this out automatically, but we've found Firefox and Chrome sometimes ask. Choose 1Password mini and check the box at the bottom so it remembers this choice. It should not ask again after that.
