I'm not quite sure how or where this is showing up, but there is a Demo Vault option (so that you can show people how 1PW works without showing them your passwords). You have somehow activated the Demo Vault (easy to do, but it is not active as a default) and allWendy Appleseed entries are part of the demo.

@JamesWolf: Indeed, our demo vaults use "Wendy Appleseed" as an example, but without further details it's hard to address your specific question. Could you please clarify what you're seeing?
