Adding Primary Vault to 1Password Account

I've been using 1Password on my iPhone for several years now, and have only recently opened an actual account with 1Password. I'm having trouble migrating my Primary account (i.e. all of the passwords only stored on my phone) to my 1Password account. How can I do so? Thanks! I am only using the iOS app and the webpage for 1Password.
