Account Frozen
Hi,
I upgraded my account from a personal account to a Family account a couple of months ago. I am certain that I paid for an annual license but my account is frozen. I tried logging in to my account via the web and either I am entering the wrong user id or password because I am failing to get past the login screen. How does one go about sorting this out?
I understand that this is a password vault but this just shouldn't be so difficult!
