auto-submit doesn't work

Hi there,

Long time 1P user, and owner of an MSP, so I'm shocked I can't get this figured out on my own! :) But here's the issue - auto-submit via ALL of my browsers stopped working recently, despite having the option checked both in the main app and 1P mini. Totally bizarre. No combo of restarting, disabling the settings, restarting, reinstalling the app and the mini app... nothing seems to work.

Would love some advice!
