Adding an additional login field

How can I add a third field into my login ?

It is THE FIRST ONE ON THE PIC

    @ronen the usual solution for problems like this is to re-create and save the login manually. Have you tried that?

    Iv'e tried to update instead of making a new Login ..

    re-create solved the issue .
