How do I obtain my license if I purchased from the Apple APP store?

I purchased 1password from the app store. I am now using a windows PC. Can I somehow obtain my license from an apple app store purchase? Or do I need to buy the windows version? I tried entering my email into the license page, but nothing could be found.
