ProFeatures purchased twice. Still unavailable.

I have purchased the pro features for 1Password twice now and cannot seem to get them to stay enabled. I don't want to have to pay for them a third time. I've tried to restore the purchase under two different Apple IDs. Those are the only Apple IDs I have.
Can you help me?
