sync to dropbox. Have been trying for a month with no success. Need someone to help me.

I no longer can sync to drop box. Not very computer literate so troubleshooting tips have not help. I can see the 1password in dropbox but it is grey in color.

    You didn't mention which platforms you are syncing with so I've included instructions for all of them.

    If you're using 1Password on a Samsung phone, iPad, and iMac, that means you're using the Android, iOS, and Mac versions of 1Password. We'd like to have you send us three diagnostic reports - one for each of those devices. The links Ben included in his message will take you to the steps you'll need for each kind of device.
