Synchronisation is not working properly
All my devices iPad, iPhone are running on the latest versions of 1password.
On my Mac runs version 6.3.1.
Synchronisation works not for websites filled in on my iPad. They are not visible on the Mac version, the other info is correctly shown, why not the websites.
I discovered also that a new entry is not shown at all on my Mac version, of course after sychronisation.
How?
Dropbox is the place of the vault.
1Password Version: 6.3.1
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Os x 10.11.5

@janforsafety: It sounds like you may have at least one device — the iPad — syncing with a separate vault from the others. Is it only the iPad?
In 1Password on each device, what is the path shown to the vault in Dropbox? If any of these don't match, that would explain why changes on one don't make it to the other(s). Also, be sure to follow the steps in this guide to narrow down where the problem lies:
Dropbox troubleshooting
Also, it will be helpful to know which OS and 1Password versions you're using on all devices. Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

Hi Brenty thanks for your reply.
First some info
1Password Version: 6.3.1
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Os x 10.11.5
Sync Type: DropboxMy iPad holds the latest info. My iPhone and Mac holds 179 entrees, my iPad 180 entries.
I use the same vault on each device, same pad on Dropbox. Is look through al the tips in the link.I looks that's syncing is not working anymore.

@janforsafety: I'm sorry if this seems like a silly question, but I have to ask it: are you able to identify a missing item? I wonder if there may simply be an issue with the count itself.
I am also having trouble reconciling these two statements:
Synchronisation works not for websites filled in on my iPad. They are not visible on the Mac version, the other info is correctly shown, why not the websites.
and
My iPad holds the latest info. My iPhone and Mac holds 179 entrees, my iPad 180 entries.
It sounds like your Mac does have data, and it's the same as the iPhone. Is that correct? Are these both out of sync with the iPad, in the exact same way?
It sounds like the iPad is your "current" data, so we may want to pursue syncing it to the others. Does that sound reasonable?
However, I'm not sure we should proceed further yet, since I don't know the results of your Dropbox troubleshooting. Were you able to verify that changes on each device made it to Dropbox in the first place? If not, they won't make it to your other devices (and therefore to 1Password). Please let me know!

Hi Brenty,
Thanks for your reply.
Apologise for my English, this is not my foreign language :-)
I discovered now that 1password is syncing well after 24 hours.I tested this as following:
I put in a new entry on my iPhone 1password app with a email address and password and including the field "website". But this field is not directly shown on my iPad and Mac!
After 24 hours it pops up.
Before that time my iPad and Mac are not showing the field "website".
I seems that the field is hidden for 24 hours.I tested this for two entry's.
The other way around, start a new entry on my iPad , my iPhone and Mac are showing the right info for the website after 24 hours.
I follow yours suggested website for Dropbox, but this is not the issue.
Greetings, Jan.

Jan:
One thing that may be causing this difficulty... The 1Password extension does not sync. Only the main app does. So if you make changes (either on the Mac or within the extension) you may not see those reflected until you launch the main 1Password for iOS app. Does that help?
Please let us know.
Ben

Hi Ben, thanks for your reply. I think that this is not the point. The problem which I described (showing not the field "website") was also the issue between the iPad and iPhone. This is happening without using the extension on my Mac.

@janforsafety, there is an update to Dropbox for iOS today (12.2) in the US. (Are you in the US?)
If it is available to you, install the Dropbox update on your iOS device, then see if if syncs the previously un-synced files from your OPVAULT.
It worked for me -- see this post.

Hi @janforsafety ,
If I understand you correctly, this sounds like a rather odd abnormality ... Let me just confirm what you’re seeing:
- You create a new Login item on your iPhone with a username, password and website field. (Just in case this is relevant: was this particular website in 1Password’s Login creator or did you have to input the item’s web address manually?)
- After you save, that item syncs correctly to your Mac and iPad ... except that the website field does not show up.
- You check your 1Password entry a day later on your Mac and iPad and the website field is now visible.
Is that correct? And you did the same test on your iPad and see the same delay in the website field being visible?

Hi Megan, what you decribed is exactly the case.
I put in the webadres manually.
Thanks,

Hi @janforsafety,
Thanks for confirming that. I’ll be honest, that’s not something that I’ve ever heard of before. And you’ve seen this multiple times with the website field ... but no other fields display this behaviour?
Have you restarted your devices lately? Sometimes, giving things a fresh start can help get your apps behaving better. I’d like to try that first before we do any more investigating.

Hi Megan, i tested again today.
Now it seems to work again?Dropbox app is updated the day before yesterday, so i think that this was part of the problem. Thanks for all your help and respons.

Ah, thanks for the update! I'm sorry for the trouble there! In the past I've encountered some issues too when Dropbox was out of date, so I'm glad you were able to update it. It sounds like you should be all set now, but we're here if you need us. Have a great weekend! :)
