iOS app problem synching with Mac via Wi-Fi
I have successfully used 1Password for a number of years now, synching between my iOS devices and my Mac. However, recently, although 1Password on my Mac is in fact open, synching with my iPhone fails. A popup messages says, "Please unlock 1Password on your Mac for Wif-Fi synching to continue. 1Password encountered a problem." I have tried disabling and re-enabling Wi-Fi synch. I have twice deleted the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it. Both the iOS app and Mac 1Password are the most recent versions.
When I try to synch with my iPad, the error is similar: Synch problem. Error. Domain=com.agilebits.onepassword.ErrorDomain Code=7014 "Please unlock 1Password on your Mac for Wi-Fi synching to continue." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Please unlock 1Password on your Mac for Wi-Fi synching to continue}
In both cases, 1Password on the Mac is unlocked an open. The box is checked for Run a Wi-Fi server from this Mac to synch with iOS and Android devices. The secret shown on the Mac is entered into the iOS devices. The vault is primary.
What do I need to do to solve this problem?
1Password Version: Mac 6.3.1, iOS 6.4.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 9.3.2
Sync Type: Wi-Fi

@mcolburn: It sounds like something may be blocking communications between your iPhone and Mac. Do you have "security" software installed that may be interfering? Please follow the steps in this guide, as it will help narrow down where the problem lies:

Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

No. There is no security software blocking access.

@mcolburn: Curious. Then I wonder what is blocking the connection. Firewall? Proxy? Router? Can you tell me which vault you're viewing in 1Password for Mac when this happens? Primary? Secondary?
If you're still having trouble, the best thing to do will be to restart your Mac, reproduce the same issue, and then generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Then, in 1Password for iOS Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Log Settings, enable App, Sync, and Wi-Fi Sync, try syncing again, and generate a diagnostics report:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
Just be sure to include a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. Also, knowing your timezone and the date/time of the incident will help us find it in the logs. We will get to the bottom of this! :)

I have sent a diagnostic just now as requested. Thanks!

Now synch is working again. Next time it fails I will resend the diagnostic.
