Logins created within iOS app don't save

This has consistently happened when I try to create a new login in the actual iOS app. I go through all the steps, login name, username, password and hit save. I get a box that says "Login Saved". But nothing shows up in my vault.

This doesn't happen when I use the desktop version or create a login with the mobile Safari extension.

I'm using the Teams/Family setup

@alxir: If you go to 1Password > Settings > Vaults > All Vaults, which is the "Vault for Saving" you have set? I wonder if you've disabled it below from the All Vaults view. In that case, so long as you're viewing All Vaults, any items created in the excluded vault(s) will seem to "disappear". Please let me know what you find!
