No option to enter Master Password when I open 1Password for iOS

Trying to access the 1Password application on my iPhone and it is not giving me the option to enter my master password to access the password vault. It only gives me Create new vault, Sync existing vault and Sign into Teams account and I have never had to do any of that before. I don't use 1password on any other device nor is it synced with icloud, wifi, or dropbox. Thank you

    Hi @aliciavera,

    Did you do anything to delete 1Password from your phone? Did you restore your phone to factory defaults or restore from a backup perhaps? What changed between the last time you accessed 1Password and now?

    I had a problem with my iphone so had to restore it to factory defaults. I reinstalled the app on my back up phone (original instal phone was iphone6) and now I can't get beyond the welcome screen. I have my master password and I don't believe it was ever synced with icloud, wifi, or dropbox (no data came up when attempting to reuse). I backed up my iphone 6 before dropping it off to be repaired. Does 1password simply not work on a new device?

    @aliciavera,

    When using our standalone app (such as you are) your data is stored, by default, only on your device. Erasing it from the device (either by uninstalling the app or restoring your phone) erases the only copy.

    One thing you can try is restoring the backup again. In some cases that will contain the data, but for whatever reason it is not restored the first time.

    Beyond that, unfortunately, it sounds as though you've erased your data and would need to start over.

    Note that you don't actually have to have multiple devices to take advantage of syncing.
