Exporting from a frozen account to my own personal vault

Hi all,

How can I export credentials from a frozen team account into my own personal vault (I've purchased 1Password 6 awhile ago). Is this possible? If not, why not?

I've attached a screenshot below:

OS Version: 10.11.5
Sync Type: Box

    @mueller128: Do you perhaps not have the necessary permission to the vault to be able to share/copy the data? It should definitely be possible to copy to a local vault otherwise, but without more information it's hard to say. Let me know what you find!
