Impossible to create folders or tag in a synchronized vault.

I have 3 vaults. Principal (no synchronized), personnel and shared ( with my 1password account) . A have bought the pro version. I m able to create folders and tag in the principal vault. But it is impossible in a personnal and in the shared vault. Icons are without effect.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    Folders are not supported in family vaults, only tags. They are more powerful since an item can have multiple tags (but could only be in one folder). You should be able to add tags to any item. When you edit an item, start typing in the tags field. Press Return when you are done with each tag, then save the item.

    If you're still having some trouble, can you please describe in as much detail as possible the steps you are taking, and what you are [not] seeing happen? With some additional information from you we can then provide you with specific assistance. :+1:
