Storing Medical ID Card

Hi All, Just wondering if anyone has found a template in 1Pass for entering Medical ID card info? This would come in handy for filling in questionnaires online, to keep me from having to go find the physical card. I'm thinking along the lines of the template provided for entering credit card info, as under the old "Wallet" function.

    Hi @cbsbert

    Personally, whenever I want to store something in 1Password that doesn't fall neatly into one specific category, what I do is I just add a new Membership item, remove all the fields that I don't need and add all the others that would contain some relevant information.

    I find that all of the possible field types that you can choose when adding a new field in a 1Password item are usually always enough to add all kind of information I might need (dates, addresses, text etc).

    Do you think this would work for you?
