Thanks for reaching out to us for help! Just to make sure I understand, are you asking for help to use an iOS device in general? If so, you'll actually want to contact Apple for help with that, as they make iOS as well as the devices which run that operating system. You can find Apple's support site here: https://support.apple.com/

These support forums are for help with 1Password, which is an app that we (AgileBits) make for Mac, iOS, Windows, and Android. You posted your message on our iOS forum which is for the iOS version of 1Password, but you didn't mention anything about 1Password in your message.
