1password key file in Dropbox share folder not syncing with other devices
I set up sharing vaults with my family way before the new Families bit you offer now using Dropbox shared folders. I followed the set up you recommended and it's been working great for over a year. But today, it partially stopped working in one sync direction. Let explain: If I add an item to one of the vaults being shared, it will add it just fine and all the clients see it. My account is the full Pro version; theirs are not.
Now if the shared vault user adds a new item on their phone's 1password, it adds fine to theirs, but it's not syncing to mine. Subsequently, if I add another items and Copy it to their vault, they see that. So it's syncing, but still missing the one they created. Follow me? I hope you can help.

Hi @groo_nood,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble keeping things synced up. Have you had an opportunity to look through our Dropbox troubleshooting article? That article can help you through the basic troubleshooting steps.

So any new item I create on the non-pro account phone will not sync to the primary vault in the shared folder. I can see it and it's set to sync to the correct shared key file, it just won't update that file (no new time stamp). HOWEVER, if I create a new item in that shared vault from my pro account (my phone), it syncs to the shared folder, updates the shared key file on dropbox, AND it shows up on the shared phone's new items! I'm lost. So it's syncing, but only one way.

Hi @groo_nood,
Thanks for following up here! That is a bit odd. Let’s take a closer look at these two devices and see if we can figure out where things are getting tangled up.
I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from each of the iOS devices:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

Well, guess what? I was about to send a diag report when I noticed the new upgrade to 1Password on iOS was available. And lo and behold, in the release notes, it specifically called out a bug fix for Dropbox syncing with different accounts! And viola! it's fixed and syncing again! Hooray! I guess it was a known issue squashed. Thanks all!
