Going back to non family 1Password

I have been using 1Password for many years on my mac,iPhone,iPad. Recently signed up for trial of family version which I find I do not need and the trial expired. I still have the use of 1Password on my mac & iPhone. I can only assume I downloaded the family trial on my iPhone. Anyway,
1Password does not work on my iPhone. I uninstalled and reinstalled from the app store. At sign in I am asked for my family credentials which I do not have. How do I go back to the non-family version I have installed on my other devices?

@frankfa1: It sounds like you're choosing the account option during setup. If you don't want to use 1Password Families (or Teams), don't. Instead, choose "setup without an account". Then you can sync your data from Dropbox and you'll be all set. Cheers! :)
