export from single ios account to family account?

Hi folks,
I started with a stand alone ios account. I have since setup the family account. Is there a way to export from the stand alone ios account and import that into the shared family account?

also is there a difference between family account and family license?

    nevermind all i figured out i can move items between vaults.
