Hi @giacobbi ,
Sorry to hear that you are having problems synching with your iPhone.
Sadly, you didn't give us enough details to be able to help with your problem. Hence the following questions:• Are you synching with iCloud, Dropbox or via WiFi?
• Was your iPhone synchronising before you noticed this problem? If you are synching via the iCloud, you might like to check that you are logged in with the exact same Apple ID on all three devices.
Troubleshooting advice can be found here.
If you are synching via Dropbox, make sure that all three devices are logged in to the same account and using the same .agilebitskeychain or .opvault.
Instructions for troubleshooting WiFi sync can be found here.Hope this helps. If not, the AgileBits staff will be around soon to assist you.
Cheers,

Thanks. iCloud. Situation: on iPhone, logged into my bank's app successfully via touch ID, a gazillion times. The gazillionth + 1 time, touch ID wouldn't work, then wouldn't even appear. w/Bank' Support, reset p/w manually via MacBook, then manually on iPad. However, when I go into 1Passwprd on iPhone, the "password" there, is not the password.

Hi @giacobbi ,
Just to confirm that I understand:• touch ID on your iPhone currently does not work with 1Password. Does the situation persist after restarting your phone?
• You reset your banking app's password and updated and saved the password in 1Password?
• You manually updated your new password in 1Password on your iPhone and on the Mac?
• The updated password does not appear in either 1Password for Mac or iPhone?
• Other data is synchronising correctly — the problem is restricted to one set of data?Do I understand your problem correctly?
I'm sure we can get the problem sorted.
Cheers,

Thank you.
On iPhone, touch ID suddenly stopped working, after working flawlessly for a long time. Restarting didn't restore touch ID.
Reset p/w manually on MacBook & iPad, not on iPhone. Checked p/w stored in 1Password for iPhone. The "score" was 2 to 1, i.e., MacBook & iPad p/ws, viewed in their respective 1Password = the newly reset p/w. iPhone p/w viewed in its 1Password was odd man out, i.e., iPhone 1Password did not sync (via iCloud), what appears iasn't the actual password.
Other data syncs, e.g., Mail.0 -
Hi @giacobbi ,
Thanks for your explanation.
However, I still have two questions for you:• Does touch ID unlock your iPhone, or has it stopped working completely?
• Do you have multiple iCloud/AppleStore accounts?Don't despair — we're getting closer to a solution!
I recon at this point, if you are syncing with the same iCloud account, the AgileBits staff would ask you to submit a Diagnostics report from your iPhone and your Mac.
To do so, please follow these instructions.
Please do not post the reports here, but send it via email to support@agilebits.com and include a link to this thread:

Thank you.
touchID opens the iPhone, and everything else that's touchID-enabled. It even - with help from the bank's tech guy - now opens 1Password again. The issue is that when I open 1Password for iPhone, and "look under the hood," the "password" that's there, isn't the password, i.e., isn't identical to the p/w in 1Password on my 'Book & 'Pad.0 -
@giacobbi Glad you were able to reactivate your touch ID!
If you are sure that you are using the same iCloud account on all three devices, try the following:
• Open the login in question on your Mac; click edit then, without changing anything, click save.
• Resync your Mac (turn synchronisation off and then back on – do not delete data)
• Resync your iPhoneDoes that help?

@giacobbi , I almost forgot:
If the above doesn't help, take a look at the troubleshooting guide.Cheers,

Hi @giacobbi ,
It’s great to see that rjh has been helping you out here - looks like you’ve been getting some good advice.
Did you have the opportunity to look through the iCloud troubleshooting guide that was shared? I’m also curious to know if editing the item on your Mac helped to push a sync out to your iOS device.
If you’re still having trouble getting this entry updated, we’d be happy to investigate further.
