new account won't open automatically with 1password. I have to type in the ID and password.

I tried to add a new credit card account and it won't open automatically with 1 password. However if I type in the ID and password exactly as it is in 1 password, it opens. When I click on the login in 1 password it says I have the incorrect info.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with 1Password. What you’re describing does sound a bit odd. Let’s see if we can figure out where things are getting tangled up.

    Does copying and pasting the password work?

    Do you perhaps have a space at the end or the beginning of your password stored in the item entry?

    Thanks Megan. Copying and pasting didn't work either. So I edited it and re-entered the ID and password. And it worked. Don't know what the problem was, but it is fixed. Thanks for your support.
