Are you still able to access 1Password through Finder? You can use Spotlight search by using ⌘ space bar and search for 1Password, or take a look in the Applications folder in a Finder window. Is 1Password there?

If so, all you need to do is drag the 1Password icon from the Applications folder to your dock.

Hi @happyhart_2460,

If I understand correctly, you had been launching the main 1Password application from the dock until the icon went missing. You can put it back there in several ways:
1. open your Applications folder
2. find 1Password
2. drag the application's icon to the dock

Alternatively, you can:
1. open the 1Password
2. find its icon in the dock (located there temporarily while the application is open)
3. right click, or control key + click on the icon to get a menu and select "Options" and then "Keep in dock"

I hope that helps you get back to using 1PW with ease.
