add keychain with itunes

Is it possible (or desirable) to use iTunes to load a keychain into 1Password on an iOS device?
1Password is listed in the iTunes apps display as having "files". Could I load the keychain from ~/Library/Application Support/1Password as an alternative to WiFi sync?
My thinking is that it is a direct connection to my Mac - not reliant on WiFi or iCloud.

    We do not currently support syncing via a cable. You can read about the currently available sync options here:

    Sync your 1Password data

    The reason 1Password shows up in iTunes is for backups:

    1Password backups

    Thanks for the clarification. I wondered why 1Password is listed as an app with files in iTunes.
