Lost all data?

I recently restored my phone and for some reason the 1password app did not auto download when I backed it up. I redownloaded the app but all my info is gone. It's been a few years since I downloaded it so I don't know any of the details except the main password and email. What can I do to get everything back? Thanks.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry for the trouble. With the 1Password standalone app (no subscription service) your data is stored only on your device, by default. Unless you had set up syncing or explicitly made a backup of your 1Password data then erasing your phone would erase your 1Password data with it.

    The 1Password subscription service includes automatic storage of your 1Password data, so adding 1Password to a new or replacement device (or one you've erased) is as easy as signing into your account. If you'd be interested in that for the future you can read about it here:
