Help - my phone was not syncing, i restarted the sync and now i seem to have two vaults combined

    I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble with 1Password! Let’s get a bit more detail on this before we move ahead with fix instructions. First of all, I’d love to know what your 1Password setup looks like:

    • How many devices are you currently using 1Password on? (Please provide version details for all devices.)
    • How many vaults do you have in 1Password?
    • Do any of your devices still have the correct configuration of vaults, or are they merged on all devices now?

    The more information you can provide, the better we’ll be able to help get to the bottom of this. :)
