American Express working in iPhone but not iPad. What could be different
A client has 1Password working on her Mac,iPhone and iPad. I recommended 1Password to her and helped set it up. Now for some reason American Express is working on the Mac and iPhone but not the iPad (it was until recently). All three are syncing correctly, the log on info on the iPad and iPhone are identical...but the iPad comes back with the User name or password are not correct error. Any thought on why this might be?

Thanks for taking the time to write in! I’m sorry to hear that this entry isn’t filling correctly.
Do you know if this entry was changed or updated recently? If your client edits the entry on her iPhone (adds a note or some other field), does that edit show up on the iPad and Mac? If the change to the entry syncs properly, I would suggest trying filling again.
