1Password has been un-installed from from my iMac but I still have it on my iPad Pro. I want to re-install 1Password on my iMac and sync the two devices. Although I attempted to follow https://support.1password.com/starting-over/ and https://support.1password.com/sync-with-icloud/ my previous attempt was unsuccessful and led to quite a few problems. (Because 1Password is already on my iPad, I wasn't able to follow the following tip on https://support.1password.com/sync-with-icloud/ "TIPIf you plan to sync with a Mac, we recommend setting up iCloud in 1Password on your Mac before you set it up on your iOS device (even if you are syncing data from 1Password for iOS).")

Please list the steps I should follow.

    Hi Pilar, can we please deal separately with this problem on this thread?

    I'll be very grateful for a full list of steps in order?

    For example:
    do I uninstall the 1Password App from my iPad before I install the App on my iMac?
    do I set up the Vault on my iMac before or after I re-install the 1Password App on my iPad?
    at what point to I set up iCloud sync?

    I've asked you on the other thread to please generate a Diagnostics Report from both your devices so we can see exactly the state of them and know all the right answers! Once we know your current configuration we'll be able to help you on this issue as well :chuffed:

    So I can have a better idea of the configuration of your computer, could you please send me a Diagnostics Report from the two devices that are causing trouble? This way we'll be able to see better what's going on and how to better help you! :chuffed:
