I frequently receive a die;go box telling me that the backup
has fa failed

    How can I get rid of the dialog box telling me that the backup has failed?

    Hi @JackLindeman,

    It looks like you might still have remnants of 1Password 3 still running on your system, based on the icon being presented in that dialog.

    If you follow these instructions it should get rid of the dialog box about the backup failures.

    1. Go to Finder and choose Go > Go to Folder… and enter ~/Library/LaunchAgents.
    2. Delete ws.agile.1PasswordAgent.plist.
    3. Restart your mac
