Problem using Airbnb.com

BACKGROUND
I use Mac OS 10.11.6, Safari 9.1.2 and 1Password 6.3.1 on a Mac mini (2012)
Also I use IOS 9.3.3 and Safari and 1Password on an iPad 4. I cannot find the IOS 1Password version number.
I have other IOS devices with similar problems. Also, they are all synced via Dropbox.

PROBLEM
The problem is that when I go to the Airbnb.com web page, 1Password will not fill in credentials unless I first login to 1Password. Why does it not fill in the credentials for me?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties with 1Password! Thanks so much for including your version information in your original post - it gives us a much better place to get started. For future reference, you can find the version information for 1Password for iOS on the Settings screen, just below the ‘Recommend 1Password’ option.

    Now, 1Password works a little bit differently on Mac and iOS. Since you’re posting in the iOS forum, I assume this problem is showing up on your iOS devices. Could you provide a bit more detail about how you are attempting to sign in to AirBnB? For example, here’s how I sign in to websites on my iPhone:

    • Open the Safari app and go to the appropriate webpage with the sign in form.
    • Tap on the ‘Share’ icon at the bottom of the screen to bring up my extensions.
    • Tap on 1Password and unlock if necessary.
    • 1Password shows me the items that match the website I’m viewing.
    • I tap on the one I wish to use and 1Password fills my details.
    • I tap ‘sign in’ and I’m good to go!

    Are you seeing something different with AirBnB compared to other sites you use?
