Yesterday, we switched to pay yearly & were charged for it. Today we were charged for a month. Why?

Yesterday we switched to pay yearly for our team account, and were charged a couple of hundred dollars for it. Today you ALSO charged us for a month. Why was this done?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm looking at the invoices that were generated as a result of this change. It appears the monthly invoice went through before the change. You were credited the amount that you were charged for the monthly invoice on the annual invoice. Does the invoice you were emailed reflect that? There were indeed two separate charges, which appear to be a result of timing, but the total charged should be correct.

    Yes, you are correct thank you. The monthly amount had been credited on the yearly invoice, thanks for clearification!
