License to Family

Hi guys,

I bought a stand alone license before realising that you could do family vaults too.

I know there's a way to merge the data but how does billing work? Is the family price on top of the license? Does this mean that I'll have to pay for both next year? Or is there a transfer that can happen?

All your help is greatly appreciated.

    If you purchased within the last 30 days please drop us an email to support@1password.com with the details and we can issue a refund. Otherwise 1Password Families would be separate. 1Password Families includes access to the latest versions of all of our compatible apps, so it would not be necessary to continue purchasing licenses.

    Ah bummer, no it was in February. I didn't know you had a family option.
    Love what you guys do, have the family hooked now too :-)
