Upgraded to 1PW Pro. Lost logins

Had 1PW for some time. Just now upgraded to Pro. Couldn't see any of my logins in the Filing Cabinet. Went into settings and synced with the cloud. It then says 80 entries synced, but I can't see how to show these. Help please. Have this on my new iPad Pro which is running latest software IOS9.3.3 1PW version is 6.4.3

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with 1Password. Adding the Pro features to 1Password should have no effect on the data that is currently stored there. Let’s take a closer look at your system to see if we can determine where things are getting tangled up.

    I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

    Hi Megan, thanks for your response. I powered down and then rebooted the iPad and retried 1Password. It opened OK and all my previous entries were there, as well as giving me the extra options in Pro. Looks like it was an iPad glitch.
