I believe I have purchased this 1password for my imac desktop. I had computer problems and need to reset up and link w/ icloud. I cannot seem to find my license. Can you please sent it to me.

    Hi Michael ( @expressi ),

    I took a look in our back office records, searching the email address that you have in your forum profile as well as your full name, but I was unable to locate any records.

    Is it possible that you purchased the app from the Mac App Store? If so, we do not have access to those records, but you should be able to reinstall the app by going to the App Store and clicking on ‘Purchases’. Just make sure that you’re signed in to the App Store with the same email address as you used to make the purchase.

    If you think you purchased directly from the AgileBits Store, please send a message to support+licenses@agilebits.com with your full name and any alternate email addresses that you may have used to make the purchase. We can continue investigating there. :)
