Where is all my login info?

I 1password installed and setup on my mac. I installed the 1password app on my iPad and synced it with my account but none of my login info appears in my iPad. Please help.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry you're having some trouble.

    • Can you confirm for me that you are signed in to your 1Password account in 1Password on both your Mac and iPad?

      • On your iPad, do you see your account in 1Password > Settings > 1Password Accounts?
      • On your Mac, do you see your account in 1Password > Preferences > Accounts?

    • Or did you happen to set up iCloud or Dropbox syncing instead?
