Failed to list remote data for Dropbox and Failed to unlock. Cannot Load keychain profile.

I have a Macbook with OS X 10.9.5 with 1password 4.3.3 and an iPhone 5 with password 6.4.3 and I'm trying to add 1password to an iMac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.

On my iPhone, under Sync, it says "Error." and "Failed to list remote data folder in Dropbox."

Then, on the iMac OS X, I've just installed 1password 6.3.1. When I've entered my master password, it says, "Failed to unlock. Cannot load keychain profile."

Help! Thanks!

    Update: I restarted everything and the iMac issue is resolved.

    The other issue w/the iPhone and "Failed to list remote data" has not been resolved.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry you're having some trouble, but I'm glad everything is working well now on your Mac. :)

    Does the issue on your iPhone persist if you turn off syncing with Dropbox in 1Password, and turn it back on?
