License not aviable on devices?

After i purchased the license from you, i saw that its not possible to use it on my devices (iphone & ipad).
Is that right? When yes, could you please refund my money? After that i will purchase the "per month billed annually" solution.

    Feel free to sign up for a 1Password account. There is a free trial, so you won't even be billed until the trial is over. :)
