Grrrrr. I love 1Password but I can't get it to work. I'm sure it's just me, but . . .
I tried creating a new login for Chase. I hit Categories --> Logins --> typed in Chase --> entered my username and password --> hit Save. From there I tapped the Login link from the 1Password screen. Next, I was taken to Chase's main screen where I was giving a choice to Log On, Contact Us, Find ATM/Branch or Browse for Credit Cards. I hit Log On. On this screen I was giving an area where I need to enter my User Id and Password.
Isn't this information supposed to be filled in automatically? What am I doing wrong?

On iOS to use the Safari or Chrome browsers with 1Password filling in logins, you must first enable the "1Password Share Sheet" using the directions at https://support.1password.com/ios-extension/ before you can fill in sessions in Safari; within the 1Password Browser inside of 1Password this is a bit easier, but you still need to click the little key icon to initiate filling in a login form once you're at the login page. This is an extra security step to prevent automated attacks--you always have to initiate the filling action. However, if the web address opens a login page directly it will usually auto-fill the login at that point since you initiated the page open manually.
I'm sure some AgileBits staff will chime in with additional help if you need it, I'm going from memory at the moment!

Hi @RCMjr,
I’m so sorry for the frustration! Let’s see if we can get this working.
Now, I just created a test item for Chase bank using my iPhone, and I can see two URLs in the entry.
Tapping on the one titled ‘Login’ opened 1Browser and filled my details in correctly. Are you seeing something different?
