1Password very slow/locks up after switch to OPVault

I recently switched to OPVault from the previous format. I have 1400 items in my 1Password library. I noticed when I switched the first time that the 1Password app locked up on the initial sync after the conversion. However this has continued to happen after the initial sync. After unlocking the app, the search is barely usable for 10 seconds while 1Password appears to be syncing. This never happened with the previous vault version. I've noticed this on my iPad Air and iPhone 5S.

OS Version: iOS 10 beta 4 (iPhone 5S), iOS 9.4 (iPad)

  • Hi @danielcompton

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Ben

I've emailed a diagnostic report and added a reference to this forum post.

  • Thanks @danielcompton. We received a report from your iPhone -- just waiting for one from your iPad.

    Thanks.

Just sent iPad too. I noticed on the iPad, if I had a search query in the search box, it seemed like 1Password was rerunning the query from scratch every time it synced a new password. This showed up as the search results showing up, then resetting to a full list, then showing up again, then resetting, then showing up...It might be better to run an incremental search on new synced passwords rather than rerunning a full search every time?
