Saving HTML formatted Secure Notes

Would it be possible to add a feature to allow saving HTML formatted Secure Forms? For example I'm an admin for hundreds of computers and would like to store the names, addresses etc. in a secure place, but in some other form than plain text, because it would be a lot more readable. I know this isn't a very hard feature to implement, being a programmer myself.
