Refund Family Annual as subscribed to Personal

I had the family account with annual subscription and I moved to a new subscription "personal" (also annual) - Is it possible to close my family account and refund it (or put it on the personal account). Initially I subscribed for family as I needed only for me the web access. But few weeks after subscribe family you released personal. Thanks Michael
