Problem - Filling Webform - Facebook (Registration)
When I go to https://www.facebook.com/ then the German Facebook page is shown.
You also can reach the German Facebook page at https://de-de.facebook.com/
Here none of the fields at the registration are filled with my Identity.

Hi @OLLI_S
Facebook seems to be working fine for me. Could you please go through this process and see if it helps: https://support.1password.com/save-login-manually/
If it doesn't please let us know and we'll look further into it :chuffed:

@Pilar
I am at work (where I don't have 1Password yet) but did you try to fill the login data or the registration data?
At https://de-de.facebook.com/ I tested filling the registration form, not the login.0 -
@OLLI_S I just tested filling an Identity on the page you sent, and while it wasn't perfect, 1Password did fill my first name and last name and my email address in the "Handynummer/E-Mail erneut eingeben" field. The first email field was not filled and instead 1Password filled in the Login form at the top of the page. I also see that it did not fill the birthday and gender properly. That's something we'll need to look at.
Does this match your experience with filling an Identity on the Facebook registration page?

First of all: in 1Password I have not yet stored my Facebook login.
This is the reason why at this page the username and the password is not filled by 1Password.In 1Password (I am using the German UI) my Identity has the following fields filled:
- First name
- Last name
- Gender
- Sex
- Birth Date
- Country
- Address Line 1
- City
- Zip
- Username
When I go to https://de-de.facebook.com/ and click in the 1Password extension for Mozilla Firefox on the 1Password icon, select "Identities" and then on my identity then none of the fields is filled out!
If I go to https://twitter.com/signup then my First Name and my Last Name are filled in the first field and my Email is filled in the second field.
So filling web forms in general works.0 -
Hi @OLLI_S,
So part of the reason we'll see differences is that 1Password 4 for Windows currently using a different version of the filling logic than we have in the stable version of 1Password for Mac. I don't know what kind of schedule we have going with 1Password 4 but at some point I would guess it will catch up. Even then though there's still work we need to do. What I found is with the latest filling logic we don't fill the date of birth in either the German specific page or the English one so there's that to address. The latest filling logic also doesn't fill both email address fields while it does on the English version of the page.
Depending on how you feel about it I would be interested in learning if you find the 1Password 4 beta any better.
