Mac: Can't see updated login after editing on ios1p and syncing with dropbox

Hi, I find occasionally that:

• given I update a login on my phone, then
• when open up 1p on the mac shortly afterwards
• then I see that the login displays stale info
• and Preferences > Sync > Primary (dropbox) shows 'Last synced 4 mins ago'

I'd love to see two things, please:

• a 'Sync now' button for Dropbox
• a spinner / some indicator in the main window that syncing is occurring

As a work-around to force a sync you can either lock/unlock 1Password or switch vaults.

Actually... I thought this was a trivial little thing, given the workaround, but the updated login on the mac is still displaying stale info :(

I thought that locking then unlocking had done the trick, but i was mistaken;

• the item is stale,
• the 1p/iphone synced minutes ago
• prefs > sync > primary (dropbox) states it synced 15 seconds ago,
• mac: all items, sorted date modified shows that login way down the list (should be top of the list)

I've just updated 1p mac to 6.3.2, reopened the app, checked the sync...

So the updated issue is: I can't get access to the updated login at all! :((

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with 1Password and syncing with Dropbox! If I understand correctly, everything was working well but sometimes slowly and now it's not really working anymore. Is this the case? If that's so, then I'd recommend you to follow this guide to see if anything here helps you: https://support.1password.com/dropbox-troubleshooting/

If I misunderstood, then you can still find useful information to force syncing on the same link. In particular the first step might help you.

Please let us know if you try these things and how they work out. We might need to dig a bit deeper into this :chuffed:
