Would you mind giving us some more details of what you're experiencing? What exactly happens when you try to add a favourite? Does that work well on other devices?

It started with no problems, added a couple of websites/ passwords, now when I touch + favorite in green the next screen will not let me type anything on next open slot, that's really the problem, Thank you

I’m still not quite sure I understand what you’re seeing here. Could you please send a screenshot of this? (Just be sure that you're not displaying any personal or sensitive information when you take the screenshot!)

If I try to add an item to my Favourites, here’s what it looks like:

Tapping the star changes the field to be a filled in star with a ‘Remove from Favourites’ option, and the item correctly shows up in my Favourites list.

I am using this app on my phone so I have no idea how to take a screen shot, I am just going into favorite file, there are only two saved, the third line down says add a favorite, once I hit that line the app does not bring up another screen or the keyboard to add any information. Thank you

I finally figured out what I was doing wrong, I should have entered a new item under login and then added the item to favorites. Thanks

@losttoday,

I think there is some confusion about what the "Add to Favorites" button does. It isn't supposed to bring up another screen or the keyboard. What tapping it does is add the item you are currently viewing to the Favorites tab, which you can access through the star icon on the menu.
