RingCentral extension is not filled in
I have read all the questions on this board pertaining to ringcentral, for no avail.
When I try to create a new login, the extension field is not saved, or rather, not filled in next time I click the "open and fill" button. It's clearly saved, but not filled. Not the end of the world, but still inconvenient.
What am I doing wrong?

OS Version: 10.11.5

After the page has loaded do you find the page responds to the fill keyboard shortcut

? We'll have to look and see if there's a reason why open and fill isn't working but filling seems when I've tested. I'll be interested to learn if you find the same as I have.0 -
Dunno. I have Command-Backslash tied to a different shortcut in my system.
When I get to the page via "open and fill" and then I click on the entry in the browser extension, nothing happens.
I don't know in what other way to invoke "fill" other than the shortcut which I have hijacked.0 -
@phototrek: Fortunately, it's customizable, so you can work around your "keyjacking". ;)
Just go to 1Password Preferences > General and set it to something that better suits your workflow. Cheers! :)
