how to I speak to a team member for support
I lost my master password for my iPhone app....no account, no key, no nothing. Read that I had to have an account to be able to retrieve or reset a new master password. I have done that and the new password does not work on my existing iPhone. What now? Would be helpful to speak to someone

Hi @cookie_ashton,
Without your Master Password your 1Password data cannot be unlocked. While it is true that there is a recovery option for 1Password accounts your data would've had to have been stored in such an account prior to you losing access, and you'd have needed to specify another individual as an organizer / administrator in order for them to assist you with recovery (i.e. you cannot enable this retroactively).
